Feeling down during lockdown??
What else in the lockdown? Oh my God! 2 months of this lockdown have already passed! You might be getting bored at home! Wondering what else to do! Everyday doing regular activities like cooking, reading, watching TV, surfing the net. But, is there anything beyond this? Boredom? Then, I gave a deep thought. What is boredom? When you don’t have anything in your surroundings to entice you. You are fed up of doing the same things every time. So how to get rid of this?? Don’t think of getting bored! One thing is for sure. That is, it will be only a few moments that you will feel bored. Otherwise, in doing the daily chores, which you used to do before also, you might not feel bored. My opinion is ,staying at home, keep yourself engaged in something, even if you do that everyday. Don’t keep on thinking that, I am getting bored. By doing this, you will feel more bored. Energize and engage! You have to energize yourself. This will happen when you do yoga, pranayama and meditation...
