Wake up!

Do you Wake up by yourself or somebody does that for you? Whatever it may be , how do you feel after waking up? Relaxed, Rejuvenated or Sluggish, foggy? If it’s the first case, then well and good! But if it’s the later, then do you think we should work on that? I understand that your schedule might be hectic sometimes but following a morning routine can help you live this fast paced life yet with a calm, happy state of mind.

What kind of Morning routine?

1)      Water: If you want to clean yourself from within before going for a bath, which cleans externally, then a glass of lukewarm water is the best.

2)      Relish the Sun rays: What? Hot UV Sun rays! No way! Morning Sun is devoid of harmful UV rays. So , go there towards the window, get some Vitamin D , make the bones stronger, improve blood circulation, get some Calcium and Phosphorous and produce some hormones of happiness.

3)      Body stretch: Help your muscles come out of stiffness (as a result of lying on the bed),  joints and limbs to improve mobility by doing some basic body rotations.

4)      Meditate: Do you wanna improve concentration, mental ability and thus be productive throughout the day? Then meditate for atleast 10 mins.

5)      Yummy yet healthy snack: Get some tasty yet nutritional snacks like a yoghurt,  a fruit smoothie, brown bread with peanut butter.

6)      Read : Read some news,something motivational to enrich yourself before the workday starts.

7)      Say to yourself and repeat: Want to keep yourselves motivated throughout the day in spite of some gloomy times? Then Play this sound in your head, ‘I am the best’, ‘I am a warrier’,’I can achieve anything’ .

8)      Timetable: You might be thinking of so many tasks to do today or so many things to achieve? Then, jot them down as a to-do list, prepare a daily routine.

Taking these small steps

  Which? Drink water, Enjoy the Sun rays, Do exercises, Meditate, eat healthy snacks, read something, Self affirm, to-do list will help you to be a better version of yourself.

  So, let’s start the new year Morning with these steps!!
